I had a great experience with Ben at iFix. When my phone's adhesive failed, causing the back cover to peel off, Ben squeezed me in that same afternoon and fixed it on the spot. He also explained what caused this and how to avoid it in the future. The whole thing was quick and easy, and i was really happy with the result. Highly recommend Ben for any phone repairs!

I dropped my iPad Pro one too many times and took it to iFix on the off chance that I could save myself the cost (>$2,000) of a new one! That was on a Friday; by Monday, Ben had it fixed for a cost of $350. I'm more than happy to hang on to it for another 12 months, that's if I don't drop it again!! I found Ben to be extremely helpful and will definitely spread the word.

Ben is transparent, fast and knowledgeable. Dude straight up teaches newcomers to the phone repair game how to fix devices at the micro chipboard level. Unlike other providers in the area he has his prices on his website and is cheaper than the others I enquired with. Who wants to have to negotiate prices that seem to change depending on gender and level of knowledge? My wife was quoted more for the same repair by some of the local competition. Recommend going straight to Ben, and will definitely return if needs be.

What I can say is that I walked in with distress and left very satisfied. We thought we had lost all our memories but Ben did such an amazing job in retrieving everything he could. The most important thing was that he explained to me the process, the issue, and what the outcome could be. He did a great job to help me understand it all and manage my expectations. He also kept me informed of the progress which gave me the assurance it was heading in the right direction. Thanks Ben for such great service. This guy is so knowledgeable. I came in with a broken hard drive and he pulled it apart immediately and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. Gave me great options on what to do next. I'd recommend him 100%
